What the Mindful Morale Partnership Includes:

Partner schools and districts engage in a yearlong, collaborative process designed to support reflection, alignment, and systems-level improvement. Supports are responsive to local context and may include:

Collaborative goal-setting and orientation to clarify focus areas, timelines, and measures of progress
Discipline and climate data review, with attention to patterns, disproportionality, and site-identified priorities
Opportunities to gather qualitative voice from students, staff, and families to inform decision-making
Professional learning experiences for educators and leaders grounded in restorative, culturally responsive, and equity-centered practices
Ongoing coaching and consultation to support implementation, reflection, and continuous improvement
Support with alignment to LCAP priorities, accountability goals, and local improvement efforts

The scope and pacing of support are co-developed to ensure the work is meaningful, manageable, and sustainable.
